Celui-ci est mis en place de telle sorte \u00e0  provoquer chez le visiteur un sentiment de mise en danger. Cette mise  en danger de sa propre personne ou dont il va \u00eatre responsable par sa  seule pr\u00e9sence est per\u00e7ue au moyen de la vid\u00e9o. Celle-ci compl\u00e8te un  travail de sculpture inerte voire inoffensive car simplement per\u00e7ue en  tant qu\u2019objet par le spectateur, en y associant un \u00e9v\u00e9nement. La  sculpture appara\u00eet alors anim\u00e9e d\u2019une r\u00e9action (le jeune mannequin) ou  porteuse d\u2019un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne qui perturbe la stabilit\u00e9 de la relation du  spectateur \u00e0 un objet. Ces installations am\u00e8nent ainsi le visiteur \u00e0 la  perception de son implication. Elles mettent en avant l\u2019effet de  pr\u00e9sence \u00e0 la fois de l\u2019oeuvre et du visiteur par leur mise en relation.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" src=\"https:\/\/www.philippecharles.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/jeuneman.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1350\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:14px\">(1996-1997)<br>These installations are placed in a penetrable  environment in which the visitor is confronted by a sculpture-video  piece. This is positioned in order to provoke a feeling of danger in the  visitor. <br>         This feeling of danger is sensed by the visitor, who is  responsible through their solitary presence, via the video. This video  completes a sculptural work which is inert, even inoffensive, simply  because it is perceived as an object by the visitor, who associates an  event with it. The sculpture seems to be animated by a reaction (the  young model) or carrier of a phenomenon that perturbs the stability of  the relationship between the spectator and an object. In this way  installations lead the visitor to a perception of their own implication  in the work.
